We are currently looking for a candidate with prior customer service experience who will enjoy the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented, professional company. Applicants should have well-developed computer skills, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, be organized and very detail oriented. A strong preference will be shown to any applicants who might have a history of working secured transactions or researching public records.

Responsibilites

• Manages daily mail operations, including agent verification, document identification, scanning and record maintenance, and shipment preparation.
• Conducts document runs to state and county offices, ensuring timely delivery and retrieval of filings and records.
• Perform searches using PACER and analyze federal court records to identify reportable cases, while ensuring accurate interpretation and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate results by reporting findings clearly and consistently while meeting accuracy, quality, and turnaround time requirements.
• Proactively resolve issues and improve processes by identifying discrepancies, collaborating with team members and partners, and recommending workflow enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail for managing documents, records, and time-sensitive deliveries.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to accurately interpret search results, identify discrepancies, and document findings clearly.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently by navigating PACER, meeting productivity standards (25.00 LPH), and adhering to 24‑hour turnaround times.
• Proficiency in following procedures and systems while maintaining compliance with state and Cogency-specific requirements and using internal tools for data entry and reporting.
