Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Spanish Fork, UT, for a Heating and Air Conditioning Installer. The installer will be responsible for installing HVAC systems and supervising other employees engaged in the installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and up to industry standards. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Compliance with EPA standards and regulations is expected.
Qualifications
- Must thoroughly understand and be experienced in the process of installing hvac systems in commercial and residential buildings from the ground up.
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, including expertise in Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in system Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of EPA regulations and ability to comply with environmental standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC installation are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or certifications preferred
- Physical ability to work on-site in varying conditions
