- Respond directly to customer data and analytics requests
- Build ad-hoc reports and answer business questions quickly
- Align metrics across multiple analytics systems
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Build tools and automate recurring requests
- Help turn one-off requests into internal products and processes
- Strong skills building queries, reports, and dashboards in complex data environments
- Clear communication with non-technical teams internally and on the client side
- Clear communication with data and technical teams on both sides
- Ability to move fast while staying careful and accurate in conclusions
- Strong adoption of AI tools, with good judgment about their strengths and limits
- Good prioritization skills across many incoming requests
- Experience with Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or similar experimentation platforms.
- Experienced with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, or Heap and understand how data flows from browser event to dashboard.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
- Exposure to Shopify or SaaS product environments.
- You manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements without losing quality.
- Excited about AI-powered experimentation and autonomous agents.
