What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency Partnerships Lead position at Coframe?
About Coframe
"You guys are insane." -- OpenAI Team
"Coframe makes you feel like you have a team of 100 people." -- Replit Team
At Coframe, we are building the world's first AI Growth Engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces aren't static code, but living organisms that adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves in real time.
Why Coframe
- Elite Team: Our founder previously co-founded a unicorn with Tom Brady and guest lectures AI at Stanford. Our researchers created some of the world's most popular open-source code generation projects.
- Already Crushing It: Growing at 120% QoQ, our AI Agents autonomously design, code, and deploy A/B tests, Landing Pages, and Personalization experiences, 10x faster than traditional methods. We've driven $200M in revenue for customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit in the last 6 months.
- Top VCs: Backed by Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (former GitHub CEO), and Rich Miner (Android co-founder).
About the Role
You will build the commercial relationship with our agency partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will identify, close, and activate partnerships with performance marketing agencies, web commerce agencies, CRO specialists, and digital consultancies, then build the programs and playbooks that turn those relationships into a repeatable source of pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of the partner channel: identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with agencies, consultancies, and PE firms.
- Drive activation after the close: facilitate partner onboarding to ensure each new partner is generating qualified opportunities quickly.
- Build the program: design engagement models, co-sell motions, referral structures, partner tiers, and performance frameworks aligned to Coframe's commercial goals.
- Act as the connective tissue between Coframe and our partner ecosystem: surface market feedback to influence product and represent Coframe's roadmap externally to maintain partner confidence.
- Codify what works: turn learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as the channel scales.
- Develop co-marketing programs and thought leadership that amplify partner relationships and generate net-new awareness.
- Maintain rigorous operational discipline across pipeline management, referral attribution, account mapping, and performance reporting.
You May Be a Fit If
- 5 years in partnerships, business development, or a closely related externally-focused role with a proven track record of closing and activating partnerships from scratch.
- You have a sales core: you run end-to-end deal cycles, sell value not features, and know how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes for senior decision-makers.
- You know the agency landscape: how performance marketing agencies, web commerce shops, CRO specialists, and consultancies are structured, how they make money, and how they evaluate partners.
- You are a master of discovery: you uncover a partner's business goals and client dynamics, translate those into a Coframe value proposition, and drive urgency toward close.
- You have a builder mentality: you are not looking for a plug-and-play role. You want to create systems from scratch in a market that is still being defined.
