Key Responsibilities:
- Research property tax information across multiple states using online tools and databases
- Contact government agencies via phone to gather and verify required data
- Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
- Analyze and organize collected data for reporting purposes
- Ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Comfortable making outbound calls to agencies
- Good internet research and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, web-based tools)
