- Demonstrated ability to align AI capabilities with business value and outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated industries.
- Experience in gap analysis, capability maturity assessments, and roadmap design.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- MBA, MS in AI/Data Science, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Prior experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large enterprises.
