- This role combines agile leadership with traditional project management to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, data migration strategies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure continuous improvement. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment. Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics.
- Ensure alignment between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; certifications like CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with data governance requirements.
- Familiarity with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques. Ability to manage hybrid teams across geographies and time zones.
