Cofield Group is looking for a Senior Estimator who knows how to turn plans into detailed proposals and opportunities into closed deals. Someone who can walk into a room, size up a project, and know where the numbers should land.
What you’ll own:
· Commercial New Construction and Remodels, in the $50K - $20M range
· Full-cycle estimating from concept to final build
· Expanding partnerships with subcontractors and vendors
What makes you stand out:
· You don’t guess – you know your numbers for markets all around Texas
· You see risks and opportunities
· Strong subcontractor/vendor base
· Minimum of 7 years of commercial general contracting estimating experience
· Sage, ProEst, OnScreen Takeoff, Excel estimating software experience
· Entrepreneurial mindset that leads a business
