What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a professional moving crew throughout each job.
• Drive and safely operate our moving trucks. (Must have 2 years previous non CDL truck driving experience with 3 years clean MVR)
• Manage the move from arrival through final completion. Upload Photos to Dispatch Management, Communicate revisioins to the customer and assist in clossing the bill.
• Delegate work, maintain productivity, report materials used on every job and keep the job on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the move.
• Resolve unexpected challenges calmly and confidently.
• Review final paperwork and collect payment upon completion.
• Professionally handle customer questions regarding services performed and final invoices.
• Maintain our White Glove standards while protecting company policies and revenue.
• Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Two years driving non-cdl straight box trucks aka Moving Trucks.
• Experience in moving, construction, logistics, furniture delivery, or another physically demanding team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy furniture (75lbs or more) alone, up/down staris or on/off a truck.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

Base $21 - $22/hr with lucrative commission structure to attain over $100k in the first year. Commissions paid out weekly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
