Role Description
The Title Closer is a full-time, on-site role located in the KC Metro area. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are prepared and executed accurately, and addressing any issues with stakeholders. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate a seamless closing experience. Additional responsibilities include handling escrow funds, solving title-related problems that arise during the process, and delivering excellent customer service to all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Closings, Escrow, and Deal Closure
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to perform accurately under deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proven ability to resolve title and transaction-related issues
- Proficiency with escrow software and title processing systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in title and escrow handling are advantageous
