Part-Time and Full-Time employment in our coffeehouse in Brookfield, WI.
Must be able to work weekends during operating hours of 7 am to 4 pm Shifts are up to 8 hours. We are a company that takes great pride in our coffee, food and employees. High quality of customer service a must. Candidate enjoys working with people and is organized and detail-oriented. Lots of room for growth. Coffeeville Company will cross-train employee to execute daily store tasks.
Position description:
- Cross train to learn a variety of duties - sandwich artist, drive-thru, register, counter, barista
- Work as a team player, learn all areas
- Make smoothies, expedite orders from kitchen
- Learn POS register, upsell products
- Restock products in kitchen or dining room, empty garbage, return trays
- Maintain clean and organized work area
