About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Coffee House Cafe as a Busser, where you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. With a passion for coffee and community, you'll help ensure our cafe runs smoothly and efficiently, making every visit memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including floors and restroom areas.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.
