About this Role
As an Event Supervisor/ Driver supporting Coffee Fellows, you will help bring the Coffee Fellows experience beyond our cafés and directly to customers at events throughout the Houston area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in representing "Feel at home”’ motto.
Job Requirements
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 2-3 years of Barista experience
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts during scheduled events.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Must be willing and able to learn to safely operate the Coffee Fellows Event Van and drive it to and from scheduled events.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Manager Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in accordance with Coffee Fellows standards.
- Assist with event setup, preparation, breakdown, and post-event cleaning.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport products, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Safely operate and transport the Coffee Fellows event van to and from scheduled events.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the Coffee Fellows event van and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges that may arise during events and communicate issues appropriately.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
