We offer seasonal lattes, standard lattes, and drinks made with activated charcoal, collagen, etc. for an extra health boost. We also serve a variety of keto-friendly and vegan-friendly pastries and treats.

Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Smile Dealer to join our team! As a Smile Dealer, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders and payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers throughout their experience at Coffee Dose to provide a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers.
- Ensure each customer is receiving the best guest experience, checking in on customers, confirming order was correct and to their satisfaction, handling any complaints or requests.
- Assist with prepping certain food items, such as baked goods, and pouring coffee drinks, such as cold brews, and serving items to customers.
- Selling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
- Assist with side work such as pre-bussing, stickering cups, refilling stations, etc.
- Be a responsible, bad-ass team player, taking initiative on tasks.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Have retail or customer service experience.
- Have a genuine interest and passion in coffee and tea.
- Great attitude and takes pride in work done.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Have a friendly attitude, handling compliments and complaints with professionalism.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks.
- Be a responsible team-player that can take initiative.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- At Coffee Dose, we use cheeky and strong language to express our love for caffeination. You may be regularly exposed to an environment whose morals, values, and beliefs may vastly differ from your own.
Pay: $18.50/hour plus tips
