- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the wine bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff scheduling and shift management to optimize coverage and customer experience.
- Conduct team training sessions to enhance staff knowledge of wines, service techniques, and POS system usage.
- Oversee the implementation of POS systems for accurate order processing and sales tracking.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ambiance, and cleanliness within the wine bar.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
