Job Description

Responsible to: Principal

Cafeteria Manager

Director of Food Service

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Ability to adjust to varying tasks as assigned

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Maintains a positive, safe, and peaceful environment in the cafeteria
2. Provides assistance to students when needed
3. Monitors behavior of students in the cafeteria
4. Encourages students to use hand sanitizer before meals
5. Maintains a friendly and helpful attitude with students and staff
6. Monitors seating schedules for classes
7. Washes tables and seats between classes

General Requirements:

1. Follows Federal and State Laws and adopted policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities
2. Conducts oneself in the best interest of students, in accordance with the highest standards of public education and in support of the District's Vision/Mission Statements
3. Maintains ethical standards, which include professionalism and the protection of confidential student and staff information
4. Other responsibilities and/or duties may be required and assigned
