Job description:
Flexible scheduling, fun fast-paced work environment, & plenty of top-notch caffeine & coffee knowledge! Ability to work at more than one store if interested. Stores currently open in Red Bank and Long Branch, with a new store opening in Farmingdale, NJ in Spring 2026.
Responsibilities Include:
-Learning & becoming knowledgeable with all our coffees & specialty coffee as an industry.
-Preparing all food & beverages to store standard
-Use of our POS, making change, & general money handling
-Providing exceptional customer service
-Restocking & general cleaning
-Lifting up to 25 lbs.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bright & upbeat personality
-Ability to multitask & move quickly
-Ability to perform multiple tasks in the store during each shift
-Desire to constantly be moving.
-Dependable & looking for a consistent 15-20 hours. Full-Time available.
-Availability to work flexible hours; mornings, weekends, and holidays non-negotiable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
