Job Description:
Barista and Food Service Counter Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to our standard recipes
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure the food display is attractive and assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, counters, and seating areas
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista and in food service, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays
- Food Handlers Certification (preferred)
