About the Role
As a General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of bakery performance-from financial results and operations to team development and guest experience. You'll own your business, develop future leaders, and create a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and great service.

Key Responsibilities
Own overall bakery performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
Deliver a high-quality guest experience through strong operational execution
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Build a strong bench by developing future leaders
Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations
Lead with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and results
Who We're Looking For
2-3 years of General Manager experience
Strong leadership, operational, and people development skills
Passion for delivering great guest experiences
