The Role:
We are seeking a warm, attentive, and detail-oriented Bread Server to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for presenting and serving a selection of house-made breads and accompaniments with care and professionalism. Your service will be the first culinary touchpoint of the guest’s meal and helps set the tone for their entire dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at their tables and present the day’s bread offerings with enthusiasm and knowledge

• Serve fresh bread and accompaniments promptly and with attention to presentation

• Maintain bread stations, keeping them clean, stocked, and organized

• Communicate effectively with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service

• Assist with general dining room support during service as needed

• Uphold Beverly’s high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Polished, professional appearance

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods and carry serving trays
