We’re looking for dependable, Guest-focused bartenders who work well on a team and thrive in a dynamic setting where every shift is different. We’re looking for someone who can move with confidence, read the room, and deliver solid service with zero fluff.
Job Basics:
- Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
- Schedule: Part-time; weekend availability required
- Experience: Prior serving and bartending experience required
- Compensation: Base pay $11-$14 based on experience. Additional income from tips.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
In This Role, You Will:
- Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest-first mindset
- Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly
- Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed
- Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready
- Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth
