Player Club Representative I

SUMMARY: 

The Player’s Club Representative I is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, enrolling new guests into the Player’s Club, reprinting club cards when need and informing guests on current promotions. This role also involves assisting guests with account inquiries, including point balances, available offers, upcoming rewards, and explaining tier status and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enroll new guests into the Player’s Club and explain program benefits
• Assist guests with account questions, including points, rewards, and tier status
• Issue reprints of the player cards
• Promote casino promotions and offers
• Direct guests to promotional kiosks for self -service options
• Maintain knowledge of current events, promotions, and property amenities
• Maintain accurate guest records and data entry
• Handle guest concerns or escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
• Provide general information about the casino, hotel, and amenities
• Perform casino wide announcements as requested
• Answer phones and direct calls if needed and provided accurate information

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Coeur d’Alene Tribal Class A Gaming license
• Must type 25 WPM
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality

Skills/Knowledge:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience in casino operations or player rewards programs
• 40 WPM preferred
• Must work well in a team environment
• Strong multitasking skills
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Be able to follow detailed instructions precisely

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction
• Sitting for extended periods
