SUMMARY:
Provides admission sales, floor sales, verifying bingo games, set up customer’s bingo paper, fill in at other positions as needed. Must possess friendly, outgoing personality for great customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for obtaining cash bank from authorized staff.
- Responsible for maintaining cash bank accurately and keeping bank balanced.
- Responsible to be flexible in working other areas as assigned.
- Responsible for assisting other employees as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of programs and promotions.
- Anticipates and meets customer’s and employee’s needs.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for the bingo area.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude with fellow employees, managers, and customers.
- Maintain a clean and neat uniform and is well groomed.
- Attend all departmental and team meetings as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be able to receive a Gaming License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or it’s equivalent required.
- Previous customer service and cashier experience required.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Cashier skills required.
- Knowledge of Bingo Lingo preferred.
- Must be able to follow instructions precisely.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Good written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills required.

This position may work a variety of shifts and days and may occasionally work more than 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week.
