THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL :

Manage Chaos : establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of systems, procedures or outcomes; identify long range goals and design plans to attain them; understand the needs of a situation and establish effective action plans; evaluate future implications of current decisions and actions.
THE ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER WILL :
Manage the efficiency and proper execution of the sales process, excluding product selection and sales negotiation.
Build and lead Sales Process Management Team(s) designed to improve and execute some sales project management and sales administrative functions.
Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress
Ensure that CRM date is being updated and completed according to process and schedule,
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales metrics and statistics are collected and communicated, including Regional Sales Manager productivity measures
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Minimum 3 years supporting marketing and sales functions
Excellent written and oral communication, planning and organizing skills, and problem solving ability.
Previous experience leading / managing teams preferred
High level proficiency in computer technologies especially Microsoft Office.
