The Project Coordinator is a vital member of CVG’s project team, providing organized, detail-focused support to ensure the smooth execution of commercial building projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Project Managers, this role handles essential tasks such as job startup documentation, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, change orders, Sage 300 project accounting, bidding and estimating assistance, scheduling, and permit coordination. The Project Coordinator ensures subcontractor requirements are met and project records remain accurate and up to date. This position collaborates with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track, aligned with CVG’s high-quality standards, and supported by strong professional relationships
