Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Note: Schedule may shift to 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Wed or Thurs–Sat in the future

As a Production Technician, you'll be at the heart of the process — blending, manufacturing, packaging, and making sure every product meets the gold standard we're known for. What You’ll Do:
- Manufacture and package hemp-based wellness products with precision
- Formulate products by weighing, blending, and processing ingredients
- Operate, clean, and maintain production and lab equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation — logs, inventory, lab notes, compliance records
- Support inventory tracking and storage of materials
- Follow GMP protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate across departments to support smooth operations
- Jump in and support other production projects as needed
What You Bring:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong math and detail skills
- Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Able to push/pull pallets of supplies and products
- Team-oriented attitude, solid communication skills, and a proactive work ethic
