Job Title: Production Technician (Direct Hire)
Location: McMinnville, OR
Pay: $22-$25/hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Note: Schedule may shift to 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Wed or Thurs–Sat in the future

The Opportunity:
As a Production Technician, you'll be at the heart of the process — blending, manufacturing, packaging, and making sure every product meets the gold standard we're known for. What You’ll Do:

• Manufacture and package hemp-based wellness products with precision
• Formulate products by weighing, blending, and processing ingredients
• Operate, clean, and maintain production and lab equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation — logs, inventory, lab notes, compliance records
• Support inventory tracking and storage of materials
• Follow GMP protocols and safety procedures
• Collaborate across departments to support smooth operations
• Jump in and support other production projects as needed

What You Bring:

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong math and detail skills
• Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Able to push/pull pallets of supplies and products
• Team-oriented attitude, solid communication skills, and a proactive work ethic
