Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Plumber role based in Dallas, TX. The Plumber is responsible for performing residential plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing plumbing issues, completing service calls, executing remodel-related plumbing work, and ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements. The role involves interacting directly with customers, explaining findings and options, providing clear estimates, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. The Plumber is expected to work collaboratively with team members, document work performed, and follow company procedures to support high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in plumbing installation and troubleshooting, including experience with residential systems and fixtures.
- Ability to work with pipes, fittings, and related materials safely and accurately, following relevant codes and standards.
- Competence in maintenance and repair, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely resolution of service issues.
- Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide respectful, solution-focused support.
- Valid plumbing license or equivalent certification appropriate to the Dallas, TX area, with familiarity with local codes and regulations.
