Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance sales opportunities.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Willing to train the right person.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
