We are seeking a professional, motivated, and bilingual Print Production Coordinator to join our growing, fast-paced team in Orange County, CA. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of print manufacturing projects, manage critical vendor partnerships, and collaborate with sales to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee print production workflows from initial concept and prepress through to final delivery.
- Vendor Negotiation: Manage quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure competitive terms with third-party manufacturers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive partnerships with print vendors and suppliers.
- Sales Collaboration: Provide ongoing administrative and tactical support to the sales team to facilitate client requests.
- Data and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive production schedules, status updates, and cost-analysis reports.
- Business Travel: Conduct on-site manufacturing plant inspections, attend industry trade shows, and perform product research.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese.
- Professional Drive: Motivated self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and an all-around positive, energetic attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for basic file review or prepress checks.
