Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential remodel, single family and light commercial plumbing with a minimum of 4 years in the field. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards and operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear, effective plumbing solutions with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and material requirements accurately.
- Read plans and blue prints and effectively communicate with job site superintendents to ensure scope of work and schedules are met.
- Troubleshoot issues related to water supply, drainage, water heaters and water conditioning.
- Ensuring your truck is stocked and clean every day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in the service plumbing field.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Must possess basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- A valid plumber's license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites.
- Strong social skills needed to be able to explain problems/solutions to clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
- Demonstrates care for customers’ homes and belongings through attention to cleanliness, protection of property, and professional conduct.
