Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working in an office setting, preferably within a social services-related field.
- Previous experience working in a local, state, or federal eligibility office is preferred.
- Experience responding to Help Desk tickets and troubleshooting user issues.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and their application to program activities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and enter data into various databases and systems.
- Respond to inquiries regarding program activities and services.
- Prepare and maintain program resources, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, records, and files.
- Interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to answer questions and provide guidance.
- Support program audits by preparing documentation and records.
- Draft letters, memos, and other correspondence as required.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing program initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize departmental databases effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Provide support for special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic system and application issues and respond to Help Desk-related requests.
