Responsibilities:
- Ownership of AP, including weekly pay runs across checks, ACH, and wires
- Full-cycle AR, monitoring aging and supporting collections
- Journal entries and full involvement in month-end close
- Monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and GL
- Supporting monthly and year-end financial reporting for leadership
- Managing sales & use tax, PCORI, and other compliance requirements
- Maintaining fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Supporting external audits and participating in internal reviews
- Working closely with leadership on variance analysis and process improvements
Requirements
- 3 years in accounting, ideally within manufacturing specifically
- Strong experience in costing and manufacturing environments
- Comfortable owning both AP and AR alongside month-end close
- Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support
- Proactive and adaptable personality, comfortable taking ownership
