Position Overview
The ARC is an entry-level role for organized, proactive creatives looking to gain hands-on
experience in:
- Artist Development
- Music Distribution
- Release Strategy
- DSP Pitching
- Client Relations
- CRM & Operations
You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned artists, guiding them from onboarding to
release. This is a structured, accountability-driven role inside a growing agency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery & onboarding calls
- Ensure forms and portal access are completed accurately
- Introduce artists to CO-DEE (AI Marketing Assistant)
- Guide music uploads & release prep
- Track timelines, maintain CRM & dashboards
- Maintain touchpoints with talent
- Escalate issues within 24 hours
- Identify upsell opportunities at key milestones
Qualifications
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear written & verbal communication
- Comfortable leading video calls
- Able to manage multiple artist relationships
- Tech-savvy (CRM, Google Workspace, dashboards)
Preferred:
- Experience with Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, or music distribution platforms
- Internship, label, or agency experience is a plus
- Understanding of music marketing fundamentals
