What You'll be Doing:
We’re seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer who’s eager to solve hard technical problems, write clean and scalable code, and engage directly with customers. You’ll own projects from discovery through deployment, while helping to shape the engineering culture of a scaling team.
- Lead design and implementation of custom AI applications
- Collaborate across teams and directly with clients
- Build in diverse codebases, tools, and environments
- Contribute to team strategy, hiring, and culture-building
Requirements
You'll Bring:
- 7 years of production software engineering experience
- Strong product-focussed software development
- Comfort with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangSmith, Pinecone, etc.)
- A track record of customer-centered product development
- Start-up mentality: proactive, flexible, and hands-on
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
The Stack:
- Tech-agnostic but often Python-based
- Exposure to various GenAI tools and LLM integrations
