We’re looking for a Fun & Learning Coordinator — someone who helps make our dojo exciting, welcoming, and full of imaginative learning moments. At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code by building video games. Your job is to make that journey fun, engaging, and memorable so that this is the most exciting place a kid comes all week.

What You'll Do
- Lead quick challenges, games, and brain breaks that boost energy
- Create fun mini-activities that complement coding time
- Welcome Ninjas with enthusiasm and build connection
- Celebrate wins, milestones, and belt-ups in memorable ways
- Support a positive, inclusive dojo environment where every Ninja feels they belong
- Encourage creativity, collaboration, and peer sharing
- Bring ideas that keep the dojo lively, playful, and inspiring
- Upbeat, creative, and great with kids
- Confident leading activities and sparking group engagement
- Naturally playful — you enjoy games, conversations, and silliness
- Experience in youth programs, camps, recreation, or education is a bonus but not required
- No coding experience required (although would be considered as a bonus)
- You get to shape the vibe of the centre
- Kids will adore you
