Job Summary:
The Front Desk Associate values precision, efficiency, and exceptional service. In addition, they enjoy being an ambassador of the company, greeting customers, potential customers, employees and other visitors. Below are the job duties and responsibilities outlined; however, the job duties are not limited to the items listed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mailing of Records: Manage outgoing correspondence, sending records to the right destinations on time, every time
- Cashing/Depositing Checks: Handle financial transactions by processing checks through online systems or at the bank with reliability and discretion
- Customer Service: Provide a warm welcome and ongoing support to our patients and visitors, embodying our commitment to outstanding care.
- Manage phone systems, emails and office correspondence efficiently
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Can organize and collate materials
- Can collect, read/analyze, prepare and ship mail/packages
- Can interact and help others, resolving confusing situations and deescalating conflicts
- Can manage variety of tasks efficiently and effectively with high quality
- Is comfortable with office software and can schedule/manage meetings
- Can organize and process financial transactions
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus
- Has experience in a medical or billing office environment
- Has operating proficiency with Office 365 applications
- Has managed and communicated confidential information
- Can greet people with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
