Position Overview

ServiceNow Developer (Multiple Positions)

Requirements:

• Over 4 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
• Good business knowledge of the ITSM lifecycle
• Provide design, planning, implementation, and development support in ITOM, ITSM, GRC, and ITBM Tools to delivery program teams.
• Should have knowledge to provide architect level solutions to the client
• Review, analyze, and provide oversight in designing solutions
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of requirements into system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Guide the successful completion of projects.
• Ability to manage a team
• Work with the sales team to provide RFI responses
• Previous experience of building ServiceNow capability teams
• Hands on ServiceNow development knowledge
