Position Overview

SAP Supply Chain Data Integration & Advisory Specialist

Role and responsibilities:

• Serve as both an advisor and executor, helping the AI partner understand SAP data landscape and facilitating data integration efforts

• Identify and extract relevant data from SAP (ECC 618) modules MM, PP, SD with Automotive Background (Schedules and JIT) and 's data warehouse, working closely with internal IT

• Collaborate with IT to establish secure access pathways, such as read-only SAP frontend access or controlled warehouse queries

• Help define and validate data requests from the AI partner-ensuring technical accuracy and business relevance

• Translate between business requirements and SAP data structures, supporting both model development and output validation

• Troubleshoot data integrity and availability issues, providing guidance or hands-on support as needed

• Participate in the design of scalable, reusable data processes to support broader rollout or additional integrations

• Contribute to internal operational improvement projects where SAP data or system knowledge is required

• Help document and improve data governance protocols and system access standards
