Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required. Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management is recommended. Expert proficiency in Software Product Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is suggested. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on product vision. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met. Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives and enhancements. Continuously seek feedback from users to improve product features and functionality.
