Position Overview

Icertis Technical Lead

Requirements:

• We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist with approximately 7 years of experience in the contract management lifecycle and hands on exposure to the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) product suite.
• The ideal candidate will support end to end contract activities, ensure compliance, reduce risk, and contribute to process optimization efforts using the Icertis platform

Required Skills:

• Support the development and execution of contract management processes using the Icertis Contract Management platform.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather business requirements and assist in translating them into ICM configurations.
• Configure and maintain ICM components such as workflows, templates, and reporting features to meet business needs.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Icertis product capabilities, providing user support, training, and guidance as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing contract management efficiency and streamlining workflows

Additional Information:

• 7 years of experience in contract management with a solid understanding of contract lifecycle activities including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
• Practical experience working with the Icertis Contract Management platform, with hands on involvement in configuration or system support.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross functional projects and support process improvement efforts within contract management functions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret contract data and provide meaningful insights.
• Icertis certified candidates preferred.

Salary : $65 - $68
