- 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pendo or similar product analytics platforms.
- Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
- Experience with dashboards/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
