Role: Business Systems Analyst
Location ::Coppel, TX (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
· Gather and document requirements for claims edits, exclusions, and policy rules.
· Map business rules to data flows and integration logic in Pisces.
· Collaborate with Data Engineers and QA to validate edits and exclusions.
· Support UAT and stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity on objectives.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of claims lifecycle and payment integrity workflows.
· Working knowledge of SQL to validate data and run test queries.
· Familiarity with integration concepts (Kafka messages, data contracts, APIs, data schemas).
· Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
