We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL Mixer Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles including concrete mixer trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment required on construction sites
- Deliver ready-mix concrete to designated locations with precision and adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate with site managers and crew members to ensure proper placement of concrete and smooth workflow
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with loading, unloading, and positioning of concrete mixers using loaders or excavators when necessary
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper rebar installation and concrete forming procedures on-site
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and operational activities
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating mixer trucks and heavy equipment
- Proven experience operating concrete mixers, dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and other construction machinery
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and procedures
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on vehicles and equipment
- Experience with concrete pumping, finishing, forming, rebar installation, and paving is highly desirable
- Familiarity with construction site operations including use of rebar cutters, concrete vibrators, and other tools
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
