Role Description This full-time, on-site STEM Instructor role is based in Rockwall, TX. The STEM Instructor will guide kids through coding, game development, and STEM activities using Code Ninjas’ curriculum and tools. Responsibilities include leading small group sessions, explaining concepts in a clear and engaging way, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. The instructor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt activities to different ages and abilities. Additional tasks include communicating with parents or caregivers, assisting with center events or camps, and supporting day-to-day center operations as needed.

Qualifications
- Teaching or tutoring skills.
- Ability to keep learners active, focused, and engaged.
- Experience with youth activities demonstrating leadership and group management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations and positive, age-appropriate feedback.
- Passion for STEM education, coding, or game-based learning; prior experience with programming or educational technology is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with children and families, maintain an inclusive environment, and model professionalism and reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent coursework in education, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
