Do you love working with young children? Are you passionate about technology, creativity, and helping kids discover a love of learning? Code Ninjas is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Education Director to lead our program for students ages 5–7.
As our Junior Education Director, you'll create exciting, hands-on STEM experiences that build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills in our youngest Ninjas. You'll be the face of our Junior program, building meaningful relationships with students and their families while helping children develop a lifelong love of technology.

What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the Junior Ninja program for students ages 5–7.
- Deliver fun, engaging lessons in coding, robotics, STEM, and technology using the Code Ninjas curriculum.
- Create a positive, encouraging classroom where every child feels successful.
- Monitor student progress and celebrate milestones with families.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Welcome prospective families, conduct center tours, and help enroll new Junior students.
- Support membership growth by promoting Junior programs, camps, clubs, and special events.
- Teach and mentor older students during non-Junior programming hours.
- Help organize camps, family events, and community outreach opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for working with children ages 5–7.
- An enthusiastic, patient, and positive personality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience teaching, coaching, or leading children's programs is preferred.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Interest in coding, gaming, robotics, STEM, or technology is preferred—but we'll help you learn our curriculum!
