Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through structured coding curriculum
- Help debug and support student projects
- Encourage creativity and problem-solving
- Maintain classroom discipline and engagement
- Communicate student progress to Center Director and parents if required
- Basic to intermediate coding knowledge
- Familiarity with Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, JavaScript, or Python
- Unity experience is a plus
- Experience working with kids preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must pass background check
- Passionate about STEM education
- Patient and energetic
- Comfortable leading small groups
- Team player
