Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Center Director to assist the owners in managing the business, lead operations, convert sales, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional learning experience for all students. The Center Director will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate schedules, conduct parent consultations, and maintain a safe, fun, and educational environment. Other responsibilities include staff training, center marketing efforts, monitoring progress, and addressing customer inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor staff effectively
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with parents, students, and team members

The Center Director is the operational and cultural leader of Code Ninjas Palm Beach Gardens. This role oversees the day‑to‑day functioning of the center, ensures an exceptional experience for families, drives enrollment growth, and leads a team of instructors (“Senseis”) who deliver high‑quality STEM and creative learning programs. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe functioning.
• Maintain a clean, engaging, and welcoming environment for families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Sales & Enrollment Growth
• Conduct tours, close sales, and convert leads into active enrollments.
• Communicate program value clearly to parents and guardians.
• Track KPIs related to membership, retention, and revenue; implement strategies to improve performance.
Family & Community Engagement
• Build strong relationships with parents, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Interact positively with children, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and excited to learn.
• Represent the center at community events, school functions, and local partnerships.
Staff Management
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Senseis and support staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Create and manage weekly staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
Program Quality & Delivery
• Oversee the delivery of Code Ninjas programs, camps, clubs, and special events to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor student progress and ensure curriculum is followed effectively.
• Implement improvements based on parent feedback, staff input, and center performance metrics.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and support financial sustainability.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
