We’re looking for enthusiastic STEM/Coding Instructors (Code Senseis®) to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment where kids ages 5 can explore coding, game development and STEM activities.
What We Offer:
- Part-Time Opportunities: Flexible internships for after-school programs year-round.
- Summer Internships: mid-June through August.
- Potential for Growth: Seasonal roles with the possibility of transitioning to full-time for the right candidate.
- Coach students, engage them, and provide progress feedback to parents.
- Master Code Ninjas’ curriculum and demonstrate content knowledge.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for kids.
- Mentor students (ages 5 ), acting as a role model.
- Learn and teach new technologies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Report daily updates to the Center Director.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Center Director.
- In-person work at the center required.
- Part-time internship: Minimum 2 shifts/week during Mon-Fri (3–7 PM) and Sat (10 AM–3 PM).
- Summer internship: 10-week commitment with flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, or evenings Mon-Fri, plus Sat availability (10 AM–3 PM).
- Energetic, sociable, and great with kids (ages 5 ).
- Quick thinker and problem solver: Able to adapt when kids face challenges, offering creative solutions for coding or STEM activities.
- Versatile and eager to learn: Embraces new technologies and STEM topics such as Roblox, Minecraft, robotics, and more.
- Strong communicator and team player with a passion for inspiring young minds.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or working with kids 5 .
- Passionate about technology, coding, gaming and STEM.
