What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coding Instructor position at Code Ninjas Ladera Ranch/Aliso Viejo?
PERMANENT IN-PERSON POSITION ONLY
***JOB DESCRIPTION***
-12-26 hours a week
-Manage 4-8 students at a time
-Assist students when they need help
-Keeping the classroom clean and tidy
-Keep the students focused
-Opening and closing facility
-Engage with the students and ensure they are having fun
-Email parents the student's projects at the end of the day
-Keep a safe and controlled environment
***QUALIFICATIONS***
-!!!MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN!!!!
-Experience in coding (especially JavaScript and C#)
-Be able to work in a team environment
-Be able to handle up to 4-8 students at a time

***ABOUT US***
Hello! We are Code Ninjas! Located at 25652 Crown Valley Pkwy, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694. We are an after school program that teaches kids 5-14 how to code through games and animations. Our curriculum is self-paced, meaning each student will go at the rate they feel comfortable. No classroom cohort teaching necessary (standing in front of a class teaching).
