Code Marketing Executives, Inc. is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T seeking a motivated Customer Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Miami area. This is a full-time, in-person position that combines customer interaction, sales, and brand representation while working directly with residential customers.
This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community, communicating with different people each day, and maintaining a professional, customer-first approach. You'll work closely with experienced team members who provide ongoing coaching on AT&T products, customer communication, and sales techniques to help you become successful in the role.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Represent AT&T products and services in assigned residential neighborhoods.
- Meet with homeowners in person to discuss available AT&T services.
- Educate customers on wireless, fiber internet, and entertainment solutions.
- Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
- Assist qualified customers with the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Participate in daily meetings, product training, and team development.
Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
